Hi, I’m Jenny Flanagan, a certified life coach for moms and a Licensed Desire Map Facilitator.
I help you let go of who you think you should be so you can discover and embrace who you already are.
I empower you to take off your masks and guide you to connect with your soul to discover and explore your deepest desires. I give you permission to create space to pursue those desires today—not when the kid(s) are grown and gone.
I believe that maintaining a healthy sense of self allows you to show up more authentically in life and also teaches your kid(s) to be true to themselves.
As a mom to a mischievous 2-year-old boy, Charlie, and a wife, I get the struggle of wanting to be a great mom and wanting to feel personally fulfilled.
I’ve always been super ambitious but I shelved my ambition when Charlie came along. I felt like I couldn’t be a coach, mom, and wife and be great at all of them so why even try? (Did I mention I’m a recovering perfectionist?)
I was so thankful for Charlie that my heart could burst, but my soul wanted more. Tapping back into my coaching tools and The Desire Map helped me rediscover and connect my true self and awaken my desires. In the last year I’ve made significant changes, like moving cross-country to be near my family, to make space to pursue my dreams.
