DISCOVER YOUR DESIRES is a 4-week Desire Map workshop and virtual circle for discovering what you want most out of your life. This is a brand new, holistic way to set New Year’s resolutions — with soul.
Based on the best-selling book The Desire Map, we get straight to the heart of the matter: How you want to feel?
At the end of this circle, you’ll walk away with your Core Desired Feelings and know how to use them to guide your life decisions in your career, your body, your creativity, your relationships, and your spirit. This is a revolution in goal-planning from the heart. And it’s just for moms!
I’m a mother of two young boys, run my business, and direct another one. Life is busy! I was overwhelmed by all the possibilities. Success felt like less of a possibility with each passing day.
Jenny entered my life at just the right time. I was swirling round and round and she reminded me to stop and breathe. Then we sorted out my concerns around my business, my life passions, and my relationships with my family. She guided me to the root of the issue while holding a safe space to talk openly and honestly. I was able to discover new perspectives and ways to approach my goals and my life.

What will we do?
We’ll explore your perceptions around the value of feelings in relation to ambition, external approval, goal-setting, self-love, and respect.
From there we’ll dive in and identify 3-5 of your core desired feelings.
You’ll arrive at, or get much closer to, the inner place where your feelings are fully valued and used as the guidance system for making life choices.
About your Guide
I’m Jenny Flanagan, a loving wife and mom to an almost 2-year old boy, Charlie. I’m also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Desire Map Facilitator that specializes in coaching moms.
I help moms let go of who they think they should be so they can discover and embrace who they already are. I empower them to take off their masks and guide them to connect with their heart to discover and explore their deepest desires. I give them permission to create space to pursue those desires today—not when the kids are grown and gone.
I believe that maintaining a healthy sense of self allows them to show up more authentically in their life and also teaches their children to be true to themselves.
Jenny really listened both to what I said and what I didn’t say. She asked questions to dig deeper and encouraged me to ask myself these questions. She lovingly pushed me at times.
The experience helped me identify my values and to focus my energy on things that are important to me. I learned to identify patterns that get me “stuck” and how to navigate around them. Now, I feel more confident as a mother, and I’m happier overall.
I recommend working with Jenny, especially if you feel like you need some direction or like you aren’t in control of your life.
Here's Exactly What We're Going to Explore
We begin by looking at your relationship to feelings. Explore the notion that you’re actually chasing feelings, not goals. Plant seeds of permission to want what you want and to make feeling good your primary intention. We wrap up by looking at the 5 Life Areas you’ll be working on as we proceed.
This week includes concentrated exploration of the question “How do you want to feel in every area of your life?” We’ll dive deep to get to the heart of the matter.
This is a big week! Words will start to emerge. You’ll notice patterns between words and similar ways you want to feel across multiple Life Areas. You’ll start the process of choosing your core desired feelings.
Our final week is all about making declarations and celebrating. Now that you’ve discovered and defined your Core Desired Feelings, it’s time to declare them out loud.

Each week we’ll meet via Zoom for two hours. The interactive online video calls include teaching, exercises, Q&A, and discussion. You can participate live on the calls or listen to the recordings at your convenience.

The Desire Map Workbook
You’ll receive a digital copy of The Desire Map workbook, a condensed version of the full book. I know you’re super busy and reading a book can be one more thing to do. Don’t worry, we’ll cover the book content during the calls and you’ll be able to fill out the workbook as we go.
You’ll receive access to a private Facebook group to interact with the other soulful moms doing their work, ask questions, share ah-ha’s, etc. This is a virtual space where you can land in between calls.
Access to Me
I’ll actively participate in the Facebook group throughout the 4 weeks, posting videos and prompts to help you dive deeper. Answering questions, helping you pick just the right words for your core desired feelings.
You’ll likely to bump up against your limits a bit. I’ll be there to remind you of your greatness and then ground you in your heart and soul. I’ve got your back!
January will be book-ended by two full moons on the 1st and 31st, a rarity. And in between on the 15th we’ll have a new moon. You have the opportunity to harness the power of the universe as you call forth our core desired feelings. But you may not know how to do this, so I’ll be hosting special calls around these events. The calls will include rituals created specifically to call forth the power of the full/new moons in our lives. Don’t worry, we won’t be dancing naked around our virtual campfire… We’ll simply be getting present in our bodies so we can tune in and receive the universe’s guidance.
I was initially a little nervous about working with a life coach. Being honest, open, raw, and courageous felt scary. Thankfully I didn’t let that stop me. Jenny helped me change my life in just eight short weeks.
I now feel happier, I’ve regained my confidence, and I’m loving life. I achieved a new level of thinking that goes deeper than anything I’d ever experienced before. This deepness, let’s call it “soul energy,” embraces mindfulness, motivation, gratefulness, love, and peace.
The experience also taught me to embrace my emotions, whether good, bad or ugly. There is no more fight with how I “should” be feeling; it’s just feeling everything as it comes.
Jenny was gentle, supportive and always cheered me on towards my next goal, especially with the small wins that I just brushed off as nothing. No matter what the topic was, how I was feeling, or how hard it was for me to open up, she was right there in my corner with me.
