You’ve probably downloaded quite a few free resources lately. And you probably haven’t done anything with them.
Not this time!
Before you check your email, do these two things.
Get clear on why you requested this workbook.
What are you hoping to learn?
Why is that important to you?
If you never open it or actually do the exercise inside, you’ll stay right where you are, in a state of imbalance.
Which leads me to action step #2.
Block off 30 uninterrupted minutes in your calendar.
Or block off an hour to go sit in your favorite coffee shop or grab a glass of wine. (Yes, please!)
Make arrangements for someone to watch the little one(s) so you can focus on your wants and needs for
this small slice of time. You deserve this time and I promise it will be worth every second.
